The clinic is clean, modern and has a calming atmosphere. The treatment room are well equipped 100%.
Mr Joseph are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The first session, they have identified what is my problems and took time to understand my concerns and explain each step of the treatment plan thoroughly.
Scheduling appointments is hassle free. They were accommodating with my busy schedule. I have no issues with my appointment time!
The clinic staff is excellent in communication, I always received timely reminders for my appointments and she promptly answered any questions I had.

"2015年因脑部血管堵塞而晕倒，动了脑部手术抢救之后就记忆力下降，还有右脚下半截中风至今。
出疗养院后都是经朋友介绍或自己找了多位中医做治疗 - 针灸、拔罐、推拿，甚至拍打。在前几年有回去复诊，后来主治医生说不用了，如果以后有什么问题再去找他。

他在治疗的过程中很是细心和专业的。我也亲眼看到他对其他患者也是细心和关怀备至。有时对方在他的监督下做运动做不来，他也会加以鼓励，督促对方达到标准为止。
他也告诉我，不要心急才能走路正常。他也教我如何在家里做运动以增加脚力。
诊所的环境是整洁的，里头有很多器材供患者使用。
助理Janice是位得力助手，她不但打理一切事物，还当翻译员。
甚至在我生日的当天，Principal Physio-Therapist Joseph Nathan 知道了就骑脚车去买了美味可口的Muffin给我吃，还有Janice 给予当天的泡脚免费。我甚是感动！
